THE GUIDE RIGHT ACHIEVEMENT FOUNDATION
Modeled after the National Kappa League Leadership Development Program of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., THE GUIDE RIGHT ACHIEVEMENT DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION provides young men in the in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley the necessary skills and resources to graduate from high school, graduate from college, and become leaders in their communities.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
In an effort to change those numbers, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., is focusing on both areas for its 2021-2022 HEALTH & WELLNESS initiatives. The bigger push for the organization’s initiative is improving the mental health of its brothers and the larger black community.
SOCIAL JUSTICE. Since our small beginnings in Bloomington, Indiana, the men of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. have made their presence known in all areas around the world and daily are instruments of social change.
RECLAMATION. This past year, we experienced overwhelming joy as brothers from all across the country came home to Kappa. Brothers were reclaimed via word of mouth, social media, and grassroots efforts of chapters and brothers like you around the country.
MEMBERSHIP TRAINING ACADEMY
MEMBERSHIP TRAINING ACADEMY imparts the procedures the Fraternity uses to admit men into the Fraternity. It combines attributes of the past membership process [that was intended to - teach aspiring members about the Fraternity, bond them with members affiliated with a local chapter and, test them on their knowledge] with a probation period wherein aspiring members demonstrated their understanding of these teachings and the value of bonding.
UNDERGRADUATE ADVISORY. As an alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. we are social, academic, and spiritual advisers who help guide our undergraduate members students along their collegiate journey.
THE NATIONAL KAPPA LEAGUE PROGRAM
THE NATIONAL KAPPA LEAGUE PROGRAM was founded on February 12, 1969 and is a training program designed to help young men (ages 14-18) grow, receive, and develop their leadership talents in every phase of human endeavor. It provides both challenging and rewarding experiences.
